VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. 24.01 Vacation and Statutory Holiday Pay will be in accordance with rates and method of payment established in the prevailing ICI construction agreement.
VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. Annual Vacation Pay, at six percent (6%) of gross wages and Statutory Holiday Pay, also at six percent (6%) of gross wages, shall be combined and shall be accrued at the rate of twelve percent (12%) of gross wages. VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. ‌ 26.01 The Employer shall pay: a. To each casual employee four percent (4%) of gross wages as vacation pay, to be paid as part of each Friday’s paycheque. b. To each seasonal employee five percent (5%) of gross wages as vacation pay, to be paid as part of each Friday’s paycheque. 26.02 In lieu of statutory holidays set out in 26.03 below, the Employer shall pay casual employees, in addition to their normal wages/salary, four percent (4%) of gross wages earned to be paid as part of each Friday’s pay cheque. 26.03 Entitlement‌ The following have been designated as paid statutory holidays for seasonal employees: New Year's Day Good Friday Easter Monday Victoria Day Canada Day British Columbia Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day Christmas Day Boxing Day Family Day Plus any other statutory holiday proclaimed by federal, provincial, and/or municipal governments.
VACATION AND STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. Each employee shall be paid an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of his gross wages (i.e., straight time and overtime wages) of which four percent (4%) shall be in lieu of pay for the Statutory and General Holidays set out in Article 17. Vacation pay and pay in lieu of Statutory Holidays shall be paid to each employee on his regular pay day. Such payments shall be considered as advance payments and in the case of vacation pay, full payment of all vacation with pay owing to the employee pursuant to the Employment Standards Code for the Province of Manitoba.

Any increase to vacation pay percentage and time off will begin to accrue on the employee's anniversary date of hire. All the usual deduction will be made from employee's vacation pay. 19.03 Statutory Holiday pay shall be included in accordance with the Employment Standards Act (ESA) calculation formula. 19.04 Work performed on the following statutory holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day and Boxing Day shall be paid at the rate of two times (2X) times the regular rate of pay. For clarity, employees who work on a designated holiday shall be paid at the rate of two times (2X) times his base hourly rate, for all hours worked between 12.01 a.m. and 11.59 p.m. on the holiday. 19.05 All employees will make application for preferred and secondary vacation time before May 1st each year and the Employer will post a vacation schedule based upon requests by June 1st. Notwithstanding certain unanticipated circumstances may arise which may necessitate scheduled vacation to be re-scheduled. Scheduled vacation time may be rescheduled with mutual agreement. Employees requesting pre-approval of vacation and/or vacation time off prior to May 1st in any year, will do so by submitting the request to the Company in writing. The Company will duly respond to the request in writing, by no later than two (2) weeks from the date of the request. 19.06 Employees will not be entitled to take more than two (2) weeks during the period from June 1st to August 31st in any year, any exceptions to this rule to have the prior written approval of the Company.
