Annual Wage Increases. 11.1. If the University’s cost of mandatory or non-mandatory benefits increase, the funds necessary to meet these increases are allocated before other increases in compensation are considered. 11.2. Annual wage increases may be negotiated in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of this Agreement.
