Answers to Research Questions. Question one sought participants' perceptions of leadership traits that contribute to a positive school climate. Most participants stated that communication was the most effective trait contributing to a positive school environment as illustrated in Table 7. 1. Question 2 sought participants' perceptions of the actions of school leaders/curriculum coaches that help establish a positive school climate. Effective communication and trust were vital components of establishing a positive school climate—question three sought participants' perceptions of effective communication between school leaders and teachers. Participants identified traits and behaviors that promote trust and communication. The final question sought perceptions on how leaders can maintain a positive school climate. Again, having strong communication was a leading theme in the study.
Answers to Research Questions. The study aimed to assess the impact of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) on supply chain management and related economic aspects across member countries. The key findings are summarized in the following paragraphs. There was a mixed level of awareness among respondents regarding the AfCFTA and its objectives related to supply chain management. While 52.5% were aware of the agreement and its goals, 47.5% lacked awareness, highlighting the need for increased outreach and education efforts. Respondents expressed diverse perceptions about the AfCFTA's impact on reducing trade barriers, with 33.8% perceiving a positive impact, 36.3% holding a neutral stance, and 30% expressing a negative perception. Regarding the effectiveness of the AfCFTA in harmonizing customs and border management procedures, opinions varied, with 36.3% finding it effective, 37.5% holding a neutral stance, and 26.3% perceiving it as inef- fective. Businesses adopted various strategies to leverage the AfCFTA, such as diversifying sup- plier bases (23.8%), investing in digital technologies (16.3%), optimizing logistics (22.5%), and expanding to new markets (18.8%). The quality and availability of transportation infra- structure were perceived differently, with 30% of respondents considering it good, 43.8% average, and 26.3% poor. The utilization of multimodal transportation systems varied, with 23.8% never utilizing it, 38.8% occasionally utilizing it, and 37.5% frequently utilizing it. Im- proved regional connectivity through roads, rail, and waterways was considered important by 41.3% of respondents, moderately important by 30%, and not important by 28.7%. There was a lack of widespread awareness regarding specific infrastructure development projects or initiatives under the AfCFTA, with 37.5% not aware, 37.5% somewhat aware, and 25% aware. In terms of cross-border trade challenges, businesses faced significant issues, including delays (23.8%), excessive bureaucracy (20%), high logistics costs (17.5%), lack of harmo- nized regulations (21.3%), and corruption (17.5%). The effectiveness of the AfCFTA in ad- dressing differences in customs and border management procedures was perceived as ef- fective by 23.8%, neutral by 43.8%, and increased by 32.5%. The impact of the AfCFTA on reducing non-tariff barriers at border crossings was perceived as reduced by 37.5%, no change by 27.5%, and increased by 35%.   • RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION To the extent authorized by the Participating Consumer(s) and to the extent such individual permission is required by law, the Competitive Supplier shall, during normal business hours (as set forth above), respond promptly and without charge therefore to reasonable requests of the Town for information or explanation regarding the matters covered by this ESA and the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers. Competitive Supplier agrees to designate a service representative or representatives (the “Service Contacts”) who shall be available for these purposes, and shall identify the office address and telephone number of such representative(s). Whenever necessary to comply with this Article 5.3, the Service Contacts shall call upon other employees or agents of the Competitive Supplier to obtain such information or explanation as may be reasonably requested. Nothing in this Article 5.3 shall be interpreted as limiting the obligation of the Competitive Supplier to respond to complaints or inquiries from Participating Consumers, or to comply with any regulation of the Department or AG regarding customer service.

  • USE OF REFERRAL INFORMATION Recipient Broker/Agent shall use Referral information provided by XXXX.xxx for the sole purpose of providing real estate services.   • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Issuer is collecting the Subscriber’s personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber acknowledges that its personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be included in record books in connection with the Offering and may be disclosed by the Issuer to: (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Issuer's registrar and transfer agent, (c) tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the PATRIOT Act (U.S.A.) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including the Issuer’s Counsel. By executing this Agreement, the Subscriber is deemed to be consenting to the foregoing collection, use and disclosure of the Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) for the foregoing purposes and to the retention of such personal information for as long as permitted or required by applicable laws. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing the Note as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the nature and identity of such undisclosed principal, and any interest that such undisclosed principal has in the Issuer, all as may be required by the Issuer in order to comply with the foregoing. 10.2 Furthermore, the Subscriber is hereby notified that the Issuer may deliver to any government authority having jurisdiction over the Issuer, the Subscriber or this Subscription, including the SEC and/or any state securities commissions, certain personal information pertaining to the Subscriber, including the Subscriber’s full name, residential address and telephone number, the number of Shares or other securities of the Issuer owned by the Subscriber, the principal amount of Note purchased by the Subscriber, the total Subscription Amount paid for the Note and the date of distribution of the Note.
