App License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-transferable license ("License") to: (i) download, install and use the App on a mobile telephone, tablet or device (each a "Device") that you own or control; and (ii) access and use the App on that Device in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable Usage Rules (defined below).
App License a) Provision of App. Provider will provide Customer with access to the App, as detailed in the Order Form, subject to this Agreement. Provider may modify the App periodically. Provider may contract with third parties to support the App, including data center hosting, remote backup and specialty data services, so long as they are subject to obligations of confidentiality to Provider at least as strict as Provider’s to Customer. Provider shall remain responsible for the performance of its contractors.
App License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of Agreement, Dasi grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install and use a copy of the App on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal or internal business purposes. Furthermore, with respect to any App accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store (an “App Store Sourced Application”), you will only use the App Store Sourced Application (a) on an Apple-branded product that runs iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system) and (b) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
App License. (i) For a single app license, the Licensed Fonts may be used on not more than one application title (such as a native iOS or Android mobile app) in a secure manner so that it cannot be extracted from or accessed outside of the App(s).

App License. An App License grants you the right to embed the Font Software in mobile or desktop applications distributed via app stores or other distribution platforms. This license is based on the number of application installations or downloads. Redistribution, modification, or using the Font Software in other applications or for any other purpose is prohibited. The Font Software must be embedded in such a way that it cannot be extracted or used by end users outside of the application. Each application or title must have its own App License.
