Appearance in Court. 1. An Employee required to appear in any court as a direct result of his police duties, on his off-duty hours, shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times the Employee’s hourly rate for actual hours worked, with a minimum credit of 2 hours at time and a half, unless otherwise prescribed by this Agreement.
