Application of Salary Schedule. 7.4.1 Initial Placement 7.4.1.1 Nothing in this agreement shall prevent a prospective employee from being hired at a salary above the minimum required by this Article. 7.4.1.2 In the determination of initial step placement on the salary schedule for each employee one (1) step will normally be credited for every year of relevant full-time teaching experience.
