APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.2.1 The parties to this Agreement are:
(a) CSR Limited t/a PGH Clay Bricks and Pavers (ACN 000 000 000) of (‘the Employer’);
(b) The Australian Workers’ Union of Employees, Queensland;
(c) The Automotive, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Industrial Union of Employees, Queensland;
(d) All employees of CSR Limited t/a PGH Clay Bricks and Pavers whether members of the above mentioned organisations of employees or not, engaged in the occupations/classifications/levels set out in this agreement, and who are engaged at the Employer’s Oxley, Cooroy and Strathpine sites and quarries associated with these factories (‘the Employee(s)’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.2.1 The parties to this Agreement are:
(a) Metal Matrix Pty Ltd of 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx XXX 0000 (‘the Employer’); and
(b) All employees of Metal Matrix Pty Ltd for whom classifications and wages are set out in this Agreement (‘the Employee(s)’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.2.1 The parties to this Agreement are:
(a) Beaumont Stabilising Pty Ltd, ACN 003 190 225 of 00 Xxxx Xx. Xxxxxxxxx XXX 0000 (‘the Employer’); and
(b) All employees of Beaumont Stabilising Pty Ltd for whom classifications and wages are set out in this Agreement (‘the Employee/s’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.2.1 The parties to this Agreement are:
(a) Xxxx Construction Company Pty Ltd, ACN 010 354 908 of 00 Xxxxxxxx Xx. Gladstone QLD 4680 (‘the Employer’); and
(b) All employees of Xxxx Construction Company Pty Ltd who are employed on the RTA wharf extension project, and for whom classifications and wages are set out in this Agreement (‘the Employee/s’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.2.1 The parties to this Agreement are:
(a) Austin Engineering Ltd, ACN 078 480 136 of 000 Xxxxxx Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxx QLD 4300 (‘the Employer’); and
(b) the employees of Austin Engineering Ltd whose terms and conditions of employment are regulated by the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998, and for whom classifications and wages are set out in this Agreement (‘the Employee/s’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 3.1 This Collective Agreement applies to and is binding upon the Union, the Employees, and the College. Those bound by this Collective Agreement shall carry out in a reasonable manner the provisions of the Agreement.
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. This Agreement shall apply to the City of Mitcham (the employer), the Australian Workers Union (Greater South Australian Branch) (the Union), and all employees of the City of Mitcham who are engaged in manual activities in connection with engineering works, construction and maintenance, depot operations, waste management, parks and gardens, cleaning, trades and similar activities carried out by Council.

(a) J & D Rigging Pty Ltd, ACN 075 350 140 of 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx XXX 0000 (‘the Employer’); and
(b) All employees of J & D Rigging Pty Ltd for whom classifications and wages are set out in this Agreement (‘the Employee/s’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.2.1 The parties to this Agreement are:
(a) South East Queensland Tilt Tray Pty Ltd, ABN: 49 105 534 496 of 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx (‘the Employer’)
(b) the employees of South East Queensland Tilt Tray Pty Ltd for whom classifications and wages are set out in this Agreement (‘the Employee/s’).
APPLICATION & PARTIES BOUND. 1.5.1. This Agreement shall apply to Glavcom Pty Ltd located in NSW Australia, in respect to all its employees performing work within the scope of the Joiners State Award as at 2006. This Agreement shall be binding upon:
1.5.2. Glavcom Pty Ltd, in respect of all work performed at the aforementioned business which is covered by the Joiners (State) Award as at 2006.
