Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Where more than one xxxxxxx is appointed, one shall be designated chief xxxxxxx. The selection and appointment of stewards or chief stewards is the sole and exclusive function of the Union. Stewards will be certified to represent employees in specific work location(s) on their tour; provided no more than one xxxxxxx may be certified to repre- sent employees in a particular work location(s). The number of stewards certified shall not exceed, but may be less than, the number provided by the formula hereinafter set forth. Appointment of Sub-processors Client acknowledges and agrees that (a) Data Processor’s Affiliates may be used as Sub-processors; and (b) Data Processor and/or Data Processor’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services.
Medical Appointments Medical appointments may be charged to sick leave, provided the minimum time charged is not less than one-half (1/2) hour. Each absence shall be reported separately and authorized in advance by the employee's immediate supervisor.
XXXXXXXX'S APPOINTMENT The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
Adjunct Appointments The use of adjuncts at a university shall, upon the request of the UFF Chapter representatives, be a subject of consultation under the provisions of Article 2.1, Consultation.
Appointments The Fund hereby appoints the Transfer Agent to act as sole transfer agent and registrar for all Shares in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and as administrator of plans and appoints the Transfer Agent as dividend disbursing agent and processor of all payments received or made by or on behalf of the Fund under this Agreement, and the Transfer Agent accepts the appointments. Fund shall provide Transfer Agent with certified copies of resolutions appointing the Transfer Agent as transfer agent.
Missed Appointments From time to time it may be necessary for Landlord and Landlord’s authorized agents including, but not limited to, property management personnel, maintenance contractors, appraisers, and real estate agents to gain access to the Property for the purpose of inspecting the Property or performing repairs and Tenant does hereby grant permission to Landlord and Landlord’s authorized agents to enter the Property for these purposes. If Tenant fails to keep a pre-arranged, mutually agreed to appointment allowing access to the property then Tenant agrees to pay Eighty Five and No/100s Dollars ($85.00) per event as liquidated damages to Landlord and such amount shall become due as additional rent under this agreement.
Appointment of Process Agent The Issuer irrevocably appoints Xxxxxxx & Co. Notaries at Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx, London EC2V 8AE as its agent for service of process in any proceedings before the English courts in relation to any Dispute, and agrees that, in the event of Xxxxxxx & Co. Notaries being unable or unwilling for any reason so to act, it will immediately appoint another person as its agent for service of process in England in respect of any Dispute. The Issuer agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of any process will not invalidate service. Nothing herein shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by law.

Reappointments At least three (3) months prior to the completion of an employee’s initial probationary appointment to a Type B contract position, the employee will be advised of reappointment and the terms thereof, or will be advised that reappointment will not be made. A reappointment to a Type B contract position subsequent to the initial probationary period may be made for:
