Continuing Appointment A continuing appointment shall continue until retirement or until otherwise terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
Appointment Adviser hereby appoints the Sub-adviser as its investment Sub-adviser with respect to each Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
