Red Circling Where, at the time of ratification of this agreement, an employee is paid above the applicable rate contained in this agreement, that employee shall prevailreceive a wage increase of one and one half percent (1.5%). Thereafter, at the times of scheduled increases, Red Circled journeypersons and forepersons will receive a wage increase equal to the scheduled increase, and a Red Circled apprentice will remain at his rate until it is exceeded by the applicable rate in this agreement.
