Assessment Requirement Clause Samples

The Assessment Requirement clause mandates that certain evaluations or reviews must be conducted as part of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for performing the assessment, the standards or criteria to be used, and the timing or frequency of such assessments. For example, it may require a contractor to submit periodic progress reports or undergo quality inspections. The core function of this clause is to ensure that performance or compliance is regularly monitored, thereby reducing the risk of unmet obligations or substandard outcomes.
