Assigned Overtime Rates. (a) Counseling Members of the non-classroom staff engaged in professional psychological counseling assignments shall be remunerated in accordance with the appropriate adjunct or hourly rate. All other non-classroom staff engaged in counseling assignments shall be remunerated at the rate of 60 percent of the appropriate adjunct or hourly rate.

Professional Library Staff Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Instructors shall be remunerated in accordance with the appropriate schedule and in accordance with the stated guidelines at the rate of 60 percent of that schedule. Professional Registrar Staff Associate Registrars and Assistant Registrars shall be remunerated in accordance with the appropriate schedule and in accordance with the stated guidelines at the rate of 60 percent of that schedule. Associate Registrars who are reclassified to the title Higher Education Assistant or Assistant Registrars who are reclassified to the title Assistant to Higher Education Officer or appointed to the title Higher Education Assistant, while continuing to perform registrarial duties, shall continue to be remunerated in accordance with the foregoing paragraph and the practices in effect at the college of employment. Both parties agree that the work required from these staffs during the registration period is an integral part of the total job. Thus, every effort shall be made to minimize compensable time for this group during registration periods. Necessary coverage is to be achieved through work schedule changes. Professional Business Management Staff An employee who was converted from an Assistant Business Manager or Assistant to Business Manager title effective January 1, 1988, to a HEO series title and remains in the converted HEO series title performing the same duties performed in the former Business Manager series title shall be remunerated in accordance with the schedule and in accordance with the stated guidelines at the rate of 60 percent of that schedule.   • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Banked Overtime In the event the day in lieu of working the statutory holiday is not provided as stipulated in 8.01.04, this portion may also be banked.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Planned Overtime In making planned overtime assignments the Employer shall first assign overtime on an equal opportunity basis according to each section’s procedure (Schedule E), as agreed to by the parties. Such overtime shall be assigned to employees who are actively on the payroll and who have indicated their willingness to accept overtime assignments according to section procedures and who are:

  • Scheduled Overtime Scheduled overtime is overtime which is assigned by the end of the employee's last worked shift prior to the overtime assignment and which does not immediately precede or immediately follow a scheduled work shift. Unless notified otherwise in advance of the scheduled starting time of the scheduled overtime assignment, any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned at least two (2) hours work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing two (2) hours of work, the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Unscheduled Overtime I. a payment of forty dollars ($40.00) as a meal allowance.
