Assigning Personnel. The key employees of A-E for this Project shall not be reassigned or removed from the Project without prior written consent of COUNTY. A-E shall not xxxx the COUNTY for the work of any personnel on the Project, whether or not considered to be key personnel, without COUNTY's prior written approval of the candidate by name and the candidate's specific hourly billing rate. A-E will furnish the necessary personnel to complete the work on a timely basis in accordance with the Project Design Schedule.

  • Assigned Personnel The Contractor warrants that the personnel it will assign to perform the Products and Services under this Agreement shall possess the requisite education, competence and experience. The Contractor further acknowledges and agrees that such personnel may be subject to the evaluation and approval of the Authority, who shall retain the right to determine the sufficiency of the education, competence and experience of the personnel assigned to perform the Products and Services identified in Exhibit A attached and incorporated into this Agreement.

The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Project Personnel It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved.   • Vendor Personnel Vendor personnel must comply with all hosting facility regulations concerning conduct, electronic devices, entry and security. Failure of Vendor personnel to gain and/or qualify for access to a secure Government session or facility does not relieve Vendor of any financial obligation contained herein.
