BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. Following the first choice of Medallion Sponsors, booths are assigned based on the order in which payments & completed applications are received at CADA Central. If you would like to be a Medallion Sponsor please contact CADA Central at (000) 000-0000. CADA reserves the right to reject any potential registrant &/or withhold badges at the sole discretion of CADA staff. In the event CADA does not accept a registration, CADA will promptly refund all conference registration fees paid if the applicant is not accepted.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. The Organizer reserves the right to assign all booth locations for the overall good of the show. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to contract with any company or individual without need for a reason.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. Space assignments will be made only after receipt from Exhibitor of this Agreement and applicable advertising commitment, in writing. After assignment, space location may not be changed, transferred, or canceled by Exhibitor except upon written request and with the subsequent written approval of Show Management. Notwithstanding the above, Show Management reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it is may, in its sole discretion, deem necessary. Show Management shall have the right to deny use of exhibit space to any prospective exhibitor who intends to exhibit merchandise or services which, in the opinion of Dispatch, do not constitute merchandise or services in keeping with the character and quality of the Show. Show Management has the right to remove from the Exhibit Hall or prohibit the admittance to the Exhibit Hall, any person who engages or has engaged in conduct in the Exhibit Hall before, during, or after the Show which, in the sole judgment of Show Management, is offensive to the character of the Show. Show Management has the right to refuse to enter into any future agreements with Exhibitor with respect to the use of exhibit space in future shows for any or no reason.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. NAHQ will attempt to accommodate Exhibitor’s booth location preferences. However, NAHQ is entitled in its discretion to assign Exhibit space, change the Exhibition floor plan, and move Exhibitor’s booth location prior to or during the Event.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. Booth assignments will be made only after receipt of an executed Exhibitor Agreement and Exhibitor Registration Fee. Whenever possible, booth assignments will be made by the NAIC in keeping with the preferences as to location requested by Exhibitor. After assignment, booth location may not be changed, transferred or cancelled except upon written request and with NAIC written approval. Notwithstanding the above, the NAIC reserves the right to change location assignment at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. NAMIC reserves the right to make changes at any time in the assignment, location, size and display limits of any booth if this is in the best interest of the Event. Exhibits may not project beyond the space allotted or interfere with traffic to exhibits of others. Safety laws require that exhibits be kept out of or from extending into aisles.
