ASSIGNMENT PLAN. 8:01 Any jurisdictional dispute between the Union and any other Building and Construction Trades Union that involves any work undertaken by the Employer shall be settled in accordance with the Saskatchewan Jurisdictional Assignment Plan, established by The Construction Industry Labour
ASSIGNMENT PLAN. 17:01 Jurisdictional disputes involving workers employed under this Collective Agreement shall henceforth be resolved under the provisions of the Canadian Jurisdictional Disputes plan in accordance with its rules and regulations and without work stoppage, slow down or other lack of production, and it is further agreed that a jurisdictional dispute shall in no way interfere with the progress or prosecution of work.
ASSIGNMENT PLAN. The Employer shall contribute one cent ($0.01) per hour worked to the JAplan. The JAplan, as agreed to between the BCYT and CLR, shall be binding upon the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Employer makes an assignment of work to another constituent union or local union, which is challenged under the JAplan, the Union shall not make any claim or bring any independent action for back pay or any other damages through the Umpire, arbitration, or the LRB, unless the Union has obtained a ruling from the Umpire in its favour, in which event the Union shall be entitled to claim damages through collective agreement arbitration for noncompliance with the Umpire’s ruling for the period subsequent to the ruling.
ASSIGNMENT PLAN. The Employer will contribute one cent (.01) per hour worked by each employee on union work.
ASSIGNMENT PLAN. The Employer shall contribute in the amounts set out in schedules "B" and "D" for all Employees covered by this Agreement to the Trustees of the Jurisdictional Assignment Plan Fund. Contributions shall be made in accordance with Clause 7 - Remittances.

Until such time as the Saskatchewan Jurisdictional Assignment Plan, established by Saskatchewan Employment Act, comes into effect, it is agreed by the Employer and the Union that all jurisdictional disputes shall be settled in accordance with the Canadian Plan for the Settlement of Jurisdictional Disputes in the Construction Industry, as approved by the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO.
ASSIGNMENT PLAN. The Agreement refers to the technical parameters of assignments, which are listed in ANNEX 3 and ANNEX 4 (assignment plan) and are attached in electronic notice files (ITU TerRaSys):

Jurisdictional disputes involving workers employed under this Collective Agreement shall henceforth be resolved under the provisions of the plan without work stoppage, slow down or other lack of production, and it is further agreed that a jurisdictional dispute shall in no way interfere with the progress or prosecution of work. In the event that the Saskatchewan Jurisdictional Assignment Plan is not continued by Legislation during the term of this Agreement, the parties to this Agreement agree to continue the plan, including all of the rules, regulations, and procedures, as an Agreement between the parties. Pending the establishment of the Saskatchewan Jurisdictional Assignment Plan, all jurisdictional disputes shall be settled by the Canadian Jurisdictional Disputes Plan in accordance with its’ rules and regulations.
ASSIGNMENT PLAN. Futurefunding of the plan shall be borne solely by the Employer who shall make hourly contributions in such amounts as may be determined by the excepting that such contributions will not exceed the equivalentof one-half cent ($0.005) per hour earned by each Employee. The contributions will be remitted by the fif- teenth (15th) day of the month following that in which contributions cover. Contributions shall be made in accordance with subsection of this Clause.
