Association/Employer Committee. 10.1 The Association-Employer Committee, consisting of three (3) employee representatives of the Association, one of whom shall be a member of the Association Executive, and three (3) representatives of the Employer, one of whom shall be a member of the Board of the University and who is not a member ex-officio or through faculty or student appointment shall continue. The parties may change their representatives from time to time, but every reasonable effort shall be made to maintain continuity.

Both parties shall submit an agenda of items they wish to discuss. Neither party shall have any control over the selection of the representation of the other party. It is agreed that neither party shall have more than four (4) representatives at such meetings. It is further agreed that nothing in this Section shall be construed to obligate either party to modify, limit, restrict or reduce their rights or prerogatives as outlined elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Retirement Program Any employee employed prior to October 1, 1977, working at least seventy (70) hours per month shall by law be a member of the Washington Public Employees Retirement system (PERS) Plan One. Any employee working at least seventy (70) hours per month, entering employment on or after October 1, 1977, shall by law be a member of the School Employees Retirement System, Plan Two or Three. The District shall provide each new employee information concerning PERS or SERS membership benefits.

The existence of such causes of such delay or failure shall extend the period for performance to such extent as determined by the Contractor and the Commissioner to be necessary to enable complete performance by the Contractor if reasonable diligence is exercised after the cause of delay or failure has been removed. Notwithstanding the above, at the discretion of the Commissioner where the delay or failure will significantly impair the value of the Contract to the State or to Authorized Users, the Commissioner may:
