Association Members. In accordance with the terms of this Article, each bargaining unit member within thirty (30) days of employment shall, as a condition of employment, join the Association or pay a service fee to the Association. Bargaining unit members joining the Association shall pay dues to the Association in accordance with its policies and procedures.
