At each Review Meeting. Homes England and the Grant Recipient shall meet to discuss or review (without limitation): 15.8.1 all changes made to any Capital Firm Scheme, any Revenue Funding Scheme or to the Approved Capital Bid in the period since the last Review Meeting or as are anticipated by the Grant Recipient to be requested during the current Financial Year; 15.8.2 all withdrawals of Capital Indicative Schemes; 15.8.3 the capacity of the Grant Recipient to bring forward additional housing supply under SHAP; 15.8.4 the Grant Recipient's performance in delivering the Approved Capital Bid; 15.8.5 progress in relation to each Capital Indicative Scheme and Capital Firm Scheme including Delivery forecasts, lettings forecasts and progress against previous such forecasts (including the conversion of Capital Indicative Schemes into Capital Firm Schemes); 15.8.6 progress in relation to each Revenue Funding Scheme and any changes anticipated to the applicable Revenue Grant Profile; 15.8.7 the Contract Monitoring Outputs; 15.8.8 the position on agreeing nomination arrangements in respect of XXXX Xxxxxxxxx with relevant Local Housing Authorities; 15.8.9 save where Clauses 15.28.1 (Review, Monitoring and Reporting) or 15.28.2 (Review, Monitoring and Reporting) apply, any Change in Control or Restructure which is anticipated in the then current or upcoming Financial Year or where those clauses do apply, the implications (if any) of the implemented Change in Control for the performance of the Grant Recipient's obligations under this Agreement; 15.8.10 any Pre-First Claim Changes or Pre-Final Claim Changes made during the immediately preceding Quarter or anticipated by the Grant Recipient to be requested during the current Quarter or any future Quarter; and 15.8.11 such other matters in relation to the performance or subject matter of this Agreement as are notified by either Party to the other in writing at least five (5) Business Days prior to the date of the Review Meeting.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings
