Auction Services. Facilitating auctions or providing other auction-related services, for decommissioned Authorized User Vehicles.
Auction Services. A format whereby (i) used cars or services (or groups thereof) ("Items") are sold or traded online, person to person, through (x) the bidding on such Items by one or more prospective buyers, or (y) the clearing of a price offered by one or more prospective sellers, and (ii) the price of such Items is determined by the price paid by the highest bidder or the lowest price offered by the seller; provided, however, that Classified Advertising shall not be deemed Auction Services.
Auction Services. 9.1. Every Registrant who registers a domain name with or through the Customer has the right to use the domain name only for the time period of the registration agreement, as set out in this Agreement and its Appendices, and as paid by Customer and/or its Users and Registrants. After a domain name registration expires, Tucows reserves the exclusive right to offer the registration to other Users and Registrants through the use of Tucows Auction Services, as described in this, Section 9.
9.2. For its Auction Service, Tucows will make available for auction to the general public on Tucows’ auction partner(s) website(s) a list of certain domain names in the Supported TLDs, selected by Tucows, which are scheduled for deletion. All existing grace and redemption periods will continue to apply, notwithstanding the fact that a name has been posted for auction, except for domain names that are considered sold at auction. If the name is sold at auction, it will be acquired by a third party and will not remain available for re-registration after our stated grace period.
Auction Services. During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, OpenSite shall provide the Auction Services for and on behalf of Client. Client agrees to comply with the Auction Policies.

The term "Auction Services" shall mean OpenSite's business of making the Software available through an outsourcing arrangement and services for use by the "Client's Customers," as defined herein, through the "Internet," as defined herein, with the features as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.

Product Description Market Set Auction Services offers real-time bidding solutions for corporate buyers and sellers, enabling them to quickly and cost-effectively implement B2B Internet bidding events to enhance existing procurement or liquidation processes. Market Set Auction Services supplies businesses with a fully hosted solution and provides users with administrative capabilities to control the data and the bidding process. It enables businesses to conduct online dynamic exchanges of products and services with their suppliers, their channel partners and their customers 24. E. Analysis Services
Auction Services. 7.3.1. Auctions may be conducted live in person or online. The highest bidder must be awarded the vehicle. To prevent conflict of interest and an unfair advantage, the Contractor and their employees are not permitted to bid on auction vehicles if they are managing the auction process.
7.3.2. For all auctions the Contractor must utilize a licensed auctioneer. The auctioneer will provide a copy of its license to the DPS before the auction. The final auction sale price must be included in the sale paperwork provided to DPS.
7.3.3. For online auctions the site and/or program used is the auctioneer. Bids are to be public for all those invited into the sale to see. DPS must be invited to all auctions so that they may be monitored at any time. The final auction sale price must be included in the sale paperwork provided to DPS.
7.3.4. The State reserves the right to use auction activities facilitated through the State’s Fleet Services division, if deemed in the best interest of the State to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, live or internet auctions. The auctions will be handled through the DPS District Headquarters and will not require any services rendered by the Contractor.

Potential Buyers are responsible to ensure the Seller’s LISTING is an accurate representation of their item. Please refer to Item 8 below (DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY). EXCLUSIVE Auctions is not responsible for ensuring that information (including credentials) any Bidder or Seller provides about himself or herself or about any item Seller lists is accurate and up-to-date.

Auction Services. In 1999, we launched our consumer-to-consumer, dealer-to-consumer and dealer-to-dealer auction services. The auction services allow dealers, consignors and private sellers and buyers to transact new and pre-owned vehicle purchases in a live "bid" environment. Key features include AutoSchematic (developed by us to provide buyers with a graphic depiction of the exterior, interior and mechanical components of the vehicle, allowing buyers to identify items that are scratched, broken or in need of mechanical attention), real-time bid alerts, buyer and seller profiles, automated inventory uploads for dealers, real-time auction information and escrow and transportation services. Sellers can post vehicles on auction for a fee. The auction allows for automated bid and reserve adjustments. Buyers can continue to bid on the vehicle of their choice without being at the computer by selecting their maximum and minimum bids and placing bids by proxy. The wholesale auction service streamlines the process of wholesale buying and selling pre-owned vehicles. Dealers are able to place online bids for pre-owned vehicles directly to the wholesaler, eliminating associated distribution costs. Service and Maintenance. In June 1999, we launched xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, a comprehensive site designed to facilitate the service process for consumers. The site is designed to empower consumers with cost effective and efficient processes for dealing with common service and maintenance issues. The site enhances consumer personalization. It includes key components such as access to Xxxxxxxxx.xxx Accredited Service Centers and the ability to schedule service and maintenance appointments online. The site also provides an Electronic Garage where consumers can store and receive information about their cars and trucks, such as service reminders, recall information and a lease watch to help keep track of mileage on a leased vehicle. The site offers "Ask the Expert", a section that offers answers to frequently asked service and maintenance questions. We plan to launch Online Automotive Diagnostic Center where consumers could obtain a synopsis of possible causes and solutions for problems or symptoms their vehicle is displaying and to feature message boards where Internet consumers can post questions or requests for advice.
