Audit and Accounts. 8.1 Audit: Rural System Operator will allow for yearly audit of assets and inventories within the Franchise Area by Distribution Licensee. Rural System Operator shall allow yearly audit of the billing data & bill collection data including the system and database and consumer service centre’s operated within the scope of the Franchise Area. Rural System Operator shall also comply with all reporting formats and data requirements prescribed by the Auditors.
Audit and Accounts. 13.1 The Beneficiary Firm shall maintain books of accounts recording all its receipts, income, expenditure, payments, assets, and liabilities, in accordance with this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.
