AUTHORISED CONTACTS. 18.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, the Authorised Contacts are as detailed on the Order Form.
AUTHORISED CONTACTS. 4.1 The Recipient undertakes that it and its Agents will not directly or indirectly (unless the Disclosing Party has given prior written consent) approach, initiate, engage or have any contact of any kind with:
4.1.1 any officer, employee, director, shareholder, consultant, adviser, bank, supplier, customer or sub contractors of the Disclosing Party or any of its Affiliates, in any case in connection with the Transaction or the Confidential Information; or
4.1.2 any person at the operations or properties owned or occupied by the Disclosing Party or any of its Affiliates without the prior written consent of, and subject to the terms and conditions as specified by, the Disclosing Party; or
4.1.3 any other person in circumstances that are likely to give rise to knowledge that the Transaction is being contemplated.
4.2 All requests by the Recipient for Confidential Information from the Disclosing Party or general enquiries relating to the Transaction should be made to [•] (or to such other persons as the Disclosing Party may nominate from time to time) and to no other person.

AUTHORISED CONTACTS. 3.1 In order to use Registry Lock, you must provide the contact details for the Registrar Contacts, as outlined in Section 4 of the .ie Registry-Level Domain Name Locking Service (Registry Lock) document.
3.2 We will hold records of your Registrar Contacts. You must ensure that every Registrar Contact consents to us holding their information. It is your duty to keep us updated if you wish to amend your Registrar Contacts, as described Section 10 of the .ie Registry-Level Domain Name Locking Service (Registry Lock) document.
3.3 Changes to contact details must be carried out as described in Section 10 of the .ie Registry- Level Domain Name Locking Service (Registry Lock) document.

AUTHORISED CONTACTS. 7.1 All communications with the Company concerning the Proposed Transaction shall be addressed to Xxxxxx Beergrehn (Xxxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xx-xxxxxx.xxx) and copied to Xxx Xxxxxxxxx (xxx.xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and Xxxxx Xxxxxx (xxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) at Xxxxxxxxx Securities Limited (Company Authorised Contact(s)).
7.2 All communications with the Bidder concerning the Proposed Transaction shall be addressed to Xxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx.Xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) (Bidder Authorised Contact(s)).
7.3 Except with the prior written consent of the Company or the Bidder, neither the Bidder or the Company (as the case may be) nor anyone acting on their behalf, shall contact or communicate with any officers, employees, consultants, advisers, landlords, bankers, customers, clients or suppliers of the (i) Company or any member of its Group or (ii) Bidder or any member of its Group in connection with the Proposed Transaction, except for the Company Authorised Contact or the Bidder Authorised Contact (as the case may be).
7.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Recipient or any of its Representatives from conducting any commercial, market or other similar diligence process in connection with the Proposed Transaction as long as it is conducted through a third party on a no-names basis.

9.1.4 The above named TM EYE / EMM representatives will have joint responsibility of resolving all day to day operating issues and initiating the escalation process set out below if/when necessary as well as any other problems relating to the sharing of information under this Agreement, with the exception of Freedom of Information and Data Protection issues.
