AUTHORISED STAFF. You shall ensure that each authorised staff shall have agreed to the terms of this Agreement for use of the client components of the Application System, as in effect from time to time prior to any use of the Application System on any Authorised Terminal. In the event that MYEG amends or otherwise alters the terms of this Agreement during the Term (as defined in Section 4.2 below), you will ensure that each authorised staff shall have agreed to the terms of this Agreement as so amended or altered prior to any use of the Application System by such authorised staff after the effective date of such amendment or alteration.

AUTHORISED STAFF. Both Organisation's SLM must be satisfied that the authorised persons carrying out the operations of isolating and de-isolating are fully competent. They must be aware of the necessary security and switching procedures.

AUTHORISED STAFF. 9.1 The Company may use Authorised Staff. 9.2 The Company shall ensure that all Authorised Staff it uses in relation to this Agreement possess a degree of skill and experience which is appropriate to the tasks which they are allotted and they are fully capable of operating any equipment effectively and safely. The Company shall also ensure that all Authorised Staff have undergone adequate training to fully perform the scope of the duties and any obligations required of them in connection with this Agreement and the Company shall ensure that any such tasks are performed in a workmanlike and professional manner. 9.3 The Supplier shall have the right at its sole discretion to exclude from any of its sites with immediate effect any of the Company‘s Authorised Staff, who are deemed unsuitable or who the Supplier believes may have acted incompetently or negligently.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

  • Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time.   • Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. A Party hereto shall be entitled to remove and/or substitute or make fresh appointment of such authorised representative by similar notice.

  • Authorised Signatory An authorised signatory is required to sign this Data Sharing Agreement after all recommendations made by the Data Governance Board have been addressed and before the Data Sharing Agreement can be executed. This signatory has the role of accountability for the data sharing defined in this Data Sharing Agreement and holds the post of Principal Officer (equivalent) or above. The Parties hereby agree to their obligations pursuant to this Data Sharing Agreement for the transfer of personal data as described in this Data Sharing Agreement.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.

  • Obligors’ Agent (a) Each Obligor (other than the Company) by its execution of this Agreement or an Accession Deed irrevocably appoints the Company to act on its behalf as its agent in relation to the Finance Documents and irrevocably authorises: (i) the Company on its behalf to supply all information concerning itself contemplated by this Agreement to the Finance Parties and to give all notices and instructions (including, in the case of a Borrower, Utilisation Requests), to execute on its behalf any Accession Deed, to make such agreements and to effect the relevant amendments, supplements and variations capable of being given, made or effected by any Obligor notwithstanding that they may affect the Obligor, without further reference to or the consent of that Obligor; and (ii) each Finance Party to give any notice, demand or other communication to that Obligor pursuant to the Finance Documents to the Company, and in each case the Obligor shall be bound as though the Obligor itself had given the notices and instructions (including, without limitation, any Utilisation Requests) or executed or made the agreements or effected the amendments, supplements or variations, or received the relevant notice, demand or other communication. (b) Every act, omission, agreement, undertaking, settlement, waiver, amendment, supplement, variation, notice or other communication given or made by the Obligors’ Agent or given to the Obligors’ Agent under any Finance Document on behalf of another Obligor or in connection with any Finance Document (whether or not known to any other Obligor and whether occurring before or after such other Obligor became an Obligor under any Finance Document) shall be binding for all purposes on that Obligor as if that Obligor had expressly made, given or concurred with it. In the event of any conflict between any notices or other communications of the Obligors’ Agent and any other Obligor, those of the Obligors’ Agent shall prevail.

  • Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Bank Accounts; Power of Attorney of the Company Disclosure Schedules sets forth a true and complete list of (i) all accounts with banks, money market mutual funds or securities or other financial institutions maintained by the Company within the past twelve (12) months, the account numbers thereof, and all Persons authorized to sign or act on behalf of the Company; (ii) all safe deposit boxes and other similar custodial arrangements maintained by the Company within the past twelve (12) months; (iii) the check ledger for the last twelve (12) months, and (iv) the names of all Persons holding powers of attorney from the Company or who are otherwise authorized to act on behalf of the Company with respect to any matter, other than its officers and managers, and a summary of the terms of such powers or authorizations.
