Authorized Site. An Authorized Site is one contiguous school office complex or building comprising the Licensee’s administrative offices, or the offices of any school under Licensee’s control that has obtained authorization from LICENSEE to implement a positive behavior support program using the Licensed Software (“Authorized School”) if Licensee is an organization (e.g., district, ESD, state, grant) licensing Licensed Software for a set of schools. Extensions or related offices located in separate locations are considered separate sites unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Oregon.
Authorized Site. The Materials are provided to RECIPIENT for use solely at the Authorized Site listed in Exhibit B hereto. RECIPIENT shall not transfer the Materials to any place other than RECIPIENT’s facilities at the Authorized Site.

For organizations located in more than one city, each city is considered to be a different site. For organizations, which have multiple locations in the same city and are administered independently, each location is considered to be a different site. No access from remote campuses or remote sites or other forms of subscription sharing is allowed under this License.

The Authorized Site is one contiguous geographical office complex, campus, or building within a 5-mile radius of the Licensee’s library or main administrative office. Extensions or offices located outside that 5-mile radius are considered separate sites not subject to this Agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing by AIAA. Authorized Sites are limited to one corporate entity per building or campus.
Authorized Site. Pursuant to this Internet Agreement, Internet Dealer is authorized to market, advertise, offer to sell, sell and/or fulfill orders of products distributed by KR, also known as “KR Exclusive Products”, from Internet Dealer’s internet WEB site, which bears the following URL: (the “WEB Site”). The authorization granted hereunder is for the aforesaid WEB Site only and Internet Dealer shall not market, advertise, offer to sell, sell and/or fulfill orders for KR Exclusive Products from any other WEB Site or location without KR’s prior written consent thereto. If internet dealer operates more than one “website,” a separate agreement must be executed for each “website.”

Licensees are responsible for providing valid IP addresses for their organization. Only those IP addresses submitted by the Licensee and listed on the attached form (Attachment A) have access to the material; any violation or unauthorized use is cause for immediate termination of this License Agreement. Licensee is responsible for providing reasonable security to ensure that only Authorized Users have access to the web edition of the journal Applied Spectroscopy.

Only the IP address(es) submitted by the Licensee will have access to the material. There is no limit on the maximum number of IP addresses or workstations at an Authorized Site under the License. Valid IP addresses may include proxy or other mechanisms for providing remote dial-in access only to Authorized Users of the Authorized Site.
