Authorized User accounts. If you purchase rights of use in website community management SaaS Services which are designed to enable collaborative learning and social networking within a school district, your right to use these SaaS Services shall be limited by a specified number of Authorized User accounts. The “Authorized User account” limitation shall be specified in the applicable Order form and you shall not be permitted to allow use of the SaaS Services to anyone other than those individual account holders who are specified by name on a list maintained by you, where the total account holders shall not exceed the specified limitation.

Authorized User accounts. Likewise, before Your Authorized Users can access and use the Services, they must each establish an account with VIVERSE. To create their accounts, Your Authorized Users must provide VIVERSE with current, complete and accurate information. Authorized User accounts may be limited to the Territory, and in such event Your Authorized Users may be required to establish additional VIVERSE FOR BUSINESS Account. You are responsible for Your Authorized Users.
Authorized User accounts. Authorized Users can choose what email address to use when they create an account for the Cloud Service. However, if the email domain associated with any Authorized User’s account is owned or controlled by You and You then add their account to Your subscription, their account and Personal Data will be associated with You, following notice from Cisco. Authorized Users may change the email associated with their account by following these instructions. If they do nothing, their account and Personal Data will be controlled by You and their use will be subject to Yourpolicies.
Authorized User accounts. In order to use the Products, each Authorized User will need to create an account through the Products and accept the Headspace Terms & Conditions located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/terms-and-conditions (the “Authorized User Terms & Conditions”). Such Authorized User Terms & Conditions may be modified by Headspace from time to time with or without notice. Any Authorized User violating the Authorized User Terms & Conditions may have the Authorized User’s account and access to the Products suspended or terminated as provided therein.
Authorized User accounts a. The CRAs shall prohibit furnishers from reporting authorized users without a date of birth (using month and year) on new accounts and reject data that does not comply with this requirement.
b. The CRAs shall inform furnishers of the mandatory reporting requirement relating to additions of authorized users on newly opened accounts and to reject such data that is not provided with a date of birth (using month and year).
Authorized User accounts. Customer may establish Product accounts (“Accounts”) for Customer’s employees or independent contractors with a need to access the Products on behalf of Customer (“Authorized Users”), on the condition that Customer has confidentiality obligations in place for each Authorized User at least as restrictive as those stated herein and upon request by Palantir, provides Palantir with company names of any independent contractors who have access to the Products. Customer shall inform each Authorized User of its obligations under, and ensure that each Authorized User at all times abides by, the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall immediately notify Palantir in the event that Customer or an Authorized User becomes aware of any violation of the terms of this Agreement. Customer is solely responsible for any use of the Products that occurs on Customer’s Accounts and shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement by an Authorized User.
Authorized User accounts. For the Add-On Services, Customer is entitled to the number of users set forth on the Cover Page. Customer is permitted to assign a user account only to its Customer’s employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors and other authorized third parties (each an “Authorized User”). Customer will be fully responsible for the acts of its Authorized Users. If in any period it is determined that the number of users in a period exceeds the amount of Authorized User subscriptions purchased, VIEVU will notify Customer in writing and Customer will immediately pay to VIEVU any amounts that should have been paid.
Authorized User accounts. You may establish accounts for yourself and your employees or independent contractors to use the Product on your behalf ("Authorized Users"). Authorized Users shall agree to the Terms of Use prior to any use of the Product, and shall at all times abide by the terms set forth in this License. You and Authorized Users shall immediately notify Echelon in the event that you or any Authorized User becomes aware of any violation of the terms of this License. You shall be liable for any breach of the Terms of Use by an Authorized User.

To create their accounts, Your Authorized Users must provide HTC with current, complete and accurate information. Authorized User accounts may be limited to the Territory, and in such event Your Authorized Users may be required to establish additional Enterprise Accounts.
