Authorized Work Time. Unless operating needs exist, Shop Stewards will be authorized work time during their normal working hours to represent employees as outlined in Section 7.1 provided:

Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.
Modified Work Week Where Employees in a unit have indicated a desire to work a modified work week, the Employer may authorize experiments with modified work week schedule, providing operational requirements permit and the provision of services are not adversely affected. The averaging period for a modified work week shall not exceed three (3) calendar weeks, and the work day shall not exceed ten (10) hours .
Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
Periodic Update of Contact Information The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members names and contact information on the last working day of September, January, and May. The information will be provided to CSEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service. This contact information shall also include the following information that is on file with the District, with each field listed in its own column:
Extended Work Day 39.01 Where the parties to this Collective Agreement agree to implement a system employing an extended work day and resultant compressed work week, they shall evidence such agreement by signing a document indicating such agreement applies.
