Availability of Eligibility for CNI. The incentive will be available to regular nurses, including nurses holding interim or temporary positions. To be eligible for the incentive, a nurse must (1) use the Employer’s designated approval process for requesting CNI pay, and (2) during the applicable pay period actually work all of his or her their regularly scheduled hours, other than hours not worked due to shift cancellation/curtailment, or prescheduled paid time off, during the applicable two-week pay period, approved bereavement leave, and approved Wellness Days. For purposes of this paragraph, pre-scheduled time off shall include all time approved in accordance with Section 14.3, Bereavement Leave. The incentive will not apply to standby shifts, on-call shifts, to education or meeting time, to a shift picked up for another nurse who is not eligible for CNI, or to shifts of less than four (4) hours. If a CNI shift is curtailed, the Critical Need Incentive will be paid for all hours worked. Cancellation of nurses from a Critical Need Incentive shift shall occur in reverse order of their commitment to work such shift.

  • Availability of Service We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available for your use on a continuous basis. The Service may be unavailable for short periods of time for regular or emergency system maintenance. We will endeavor to have our scheduled maintenance occur during non-peak hours. In addition, accessibility to the Service may be interrupted because of conditions beyond our control, including outages in Internet, cellular or other communications availability. We will use diligent efforts to re-establish the Services as promptly as possible. We do not promise the Service will always be available for your use. We may elect to discontinue this Service at any time. If we choose to discontinue the Service, we will provide you with reasonable notice in advance of that fact. We reserve the right at all times to take actions to protect our systems and information, including denial of access to users of the Service.

  • Availability of Services CBT agrees not to discontinue or refuse to provide any service provided or required hereunder other than in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or unless required by the Commission.

  • Availability for Duty Where an employee is on availability duty (as defined by Clause 22.11 of the Award), he/she shall be paid an, ‘Availability for Duty Allowance’ of a minimum of $100.00 per week increasing to $105.00 per week on 1 July 2006, $110.00 per week on 1 July 2008 and $115.00 per week on 1 July 2010. Companies who have superior arrangements will maintain those superior arrangements.

  • Portability of Service An employee hired by the Hospital with recent and related experience may claim consideration for such experience at the time of hiring on a form to be supplied by the Hospital. Any such claim shall be accompanied by verification of previous related experience. The Hospital shall then evaluate such experience during the probationary period following hiring. Where in the opinion of the Hospital such experience is determined to be relevant, the employee shall be slotted in that step of the wage progression consistent with one (1) year's service for every one (1) year of related experience in the classification upon completion of the employee's probationary period. It is understood and agreed that the foregoing shall not constitute a violation of the wage schedule under the collective agreement."

  • Unavailability of Services You understand and agree that the Services may at times be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance or technical difficulties. In the event any of the services included in our Mobile Banking Services are unavailable, you acknowledge that you can deposit an original check at our branches or through ATM that accepts your deposit, or by mail.

  • Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.

  • Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. The length of delay varies depending on the type and manner of deposit. For determining the availability of funds deposited to your Accounts, for purposes of the Funds Availability Policy, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. All times provided below are Pacific Time. If you make a deposit directly to a teller on a business day while we are open for business (generally 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.), that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center before 4 p.m., that day is the day of your deposit. If you make a deposit at a drop box, a non-BECU-owned ATM, or by mailing it to us through the United States Postal Service (USPS), the day of the deposit will be the business day we process your deposit in our processing center. If you make an Online Deposit or Mobile Deposit before 7 p.m. on a business day, that day will be the day ofyour deposit. If you make your deposit after 7 p.m. on a business day, or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of or your deposit. Any deposited check, cashier’s check, draft, or money order that is drawn on a bank outside of the U.S or is issued in any currency other than U.S. dollars (Foreign Item) is exempt from this Funds Availability Policy. Availability of funds from deposited Foreign Items will be delayed for the time it takes us to collect the funds from the paying financial institution and may take anywhere from several weeks to several months before such deposits will be made available to you.
