Back-up of Data. The Gap adheres to best practice policies and procedures to prevent data loss, including a regular and best practice system and back-up regime, but does not make any guarantees that there will be no loss of Data. The Gap expressly excludes liability for any loss of Data no matter how caused.
Back-up of Data. 5. APL will make a full backup of client data daily. The backup will be stored for a period of no less than ninety (90) days. The backup can be restored at any time per the request of the client. APL will maintain a back-up of the client data for 120 days after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. APL shall have no liability or responsibility to retain any client data beyond the expiration of the 120 days following termination and may, at APL’s sole discretion, delete any client data it possesses.
Back-up of Data. End User acknowledges that it shall be solely responsible for the backup of its own files and/or data that is being used with the Software, including such files and/or data provided or used by its Authorised Users.

Back-up of Data. The IS auditors should verify whether:
a) All the floppies/CDs/tapes, purchased, pertaining to the OS software, application software and utility programs, drivers etc. are recorded in a register and properly stored.
b) Hardware, software, operating system, printer manuals are properly labeled and maintained.
c) Latest user manuals of the application software and other end-user packages running on the system are available for guidance.
d) Daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly back-up of data is taken without fail and is available (as per requirement).
e) Backup tapes are properly labeled and numbered.
f) Proper storage procedures and facilities are in place for backup copies.
g) There is offsite storage of one set of the backup data.
h) Backup tapes are verified / tested periodically by restoring the data and record maintained.
i) Back up media is verified periodically for readability.
j) Record is available in respect of such verification.
k) Backup media are phased out of use after a specified period.
l) Backup register is maintained wherein all the events pertaining to the backup including the procedure of backup are recorded.
m) Physical and fire protection is provided to backup media.

Generally it is backed up on-line in dedicated databases over 5 consecutive days. Accordingly, all of the data from a trading day N will be archived on a digital storage medium on date N + 5 and stored for a period of 5 years or as otherwise specified in applicable local regulation.

Authentication performed by Euronext TCS Web Services for trading A description of the access and authentication processes performed by Euronext TCS Matching Services is accessible to members in the User Guide available from Euronext on request and/or on the Euronext website. Euronext TCS Web Services includes an administration module to document and control access to services subscribed to by Members. Euronext authorised personnel perform the administration of the TCS Web Services.
Back-up of Data. Verizon will back up the database, application configurations and user directory information. Customer is responsible for backing up certain end user oriented and other data including, without limitation, Call Detail Records or the operating system. Original installation discs, to be used for system restoration, should be stored locally by the Customer administrator. Verizon will perform weekly local back-ups to a network shared drive, if available. Customers may request Verizon to initiate a tape back up by submitting a Change Request. Verizon will support a maximum of [**] back up per server per month.
