BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. We will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, if Your Baggage and Personal Effects, which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip or while checked with a Common Carrier less any amount paid or payable by a Common Carrier, hotel, Travel Supplier or any other party responsible for Your loss, provided You have taken all reasonable measures to protect, save and/or recover Your property at all times. We will also reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, for fees associated with the replacement of Your passport, visas and other travel documents which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip.

BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. (Applicable to Premier Plan only) 1. The amount payable in respect of any one article or pair or set of articles shall not exceed US$400; 2. The amount payable in respect of any Lap-top Computer shall not exceed US$1,200, and this cover can only be utilized once during the Policy Period; 3. The Company at its option may make payment, reinstate or repair articles less than one year old; 4. The Company at its option may make payment, reinstate or repair subject to due allowance of wear and tear and depreciation for any article that is more than one year old. 5. The total amount payable under this Section during the Policy Period shall not exceed 100% of the amount stated in the Schedule of Benefits in the Policy.
BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. The Company will pay the Insured Person up to the Maximum Benefit as stated in the Schedule of Benefits for loss of or damage to baggage, clothing and personal effects, worn, carried by the Insured Person by hand, in trunks, suitcases and like receptacles owned by the Insured Person occurring during the insured Journey. If any damaged article is proven to be beyond economical repair, a claim will be dealt as if the article had been lost. The Company shall not be liable for more than HK$3,000 in respect of any one (1) article, pair or set of articles and may make payment or at its opinion reinstate or repair the article, pair, or set of articles subject to due allowance for wear and tear and depreciation in respect of any item more than one (1) year old from the date of purchase.

BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. 21.1 Guests may take a reasonable amount of luggage on board the Superyacht containing clothing, toiletry articles and personal effects. 21.2 Where Guests board or disembark the Superyacht by helicopter, the Contractor recommends the use of “soft luggage” and no more than 15 kg per Guest and private planes 10kg per Guest. 21.3 Guests may not take on board the Superyacht; firearms, controlled or prohibited substances or inflammable or hazardous items, or any items prohibited by law. The Superyacht’s officers and crew have the right to enter and search Guest cabins, baggage or person, for any hazardous, controlled or prohibited substances or items.

Xxxxx’x Underwriters agree to pay for personal necessities if your flight is delayed beyond 12 hours (airline confirmation of delay required) up to a limit of $200 .

Any loss of data recorded on tapes, cards, diskettes or otherwise; 3. Breakage or damage to fragile articles. 4. Loss or damage to the golf equipment while in use. 5. Loss of travel document and/or visa. 6. Any loss or damage caused by wear and tear, gradual deterioration, moths, vermin, inherent vice or damage sustained due to any process initiated by the Insured Person to repair, clean or alter any property. 7. Any loss or damage while in the custody of a hotel or common carrier, unless reported immediately on discovery in writing to such hotel or Common Carrier within 3 days and a Property Irregularity Report is obtained in the case of the event occurred in an airline. 8. Any loss not reported to the police within 24 hours from occurrence of the incident and such police report is not obtained at the place of loss. 9. Any loss of or damage to property insured under any other insurance, or which could be reimbursed by Common Carrier or a hotel. 10. Any loss of or damage to property which functions normally after it has been fixed or repaired by the Common Carrier or a hotel. 11. BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. This section pays for loss or damage to the Insured Person's baggage and clothing and personal effects within the baggage that occurs during the period of coverage as stated in the Policy, subject to the following. a) The maximum amount as specified in the Summary of Benefits and Limits. b) The amount payable in respect of any one item shall not exceed the maximum limit as stated in the policy schedule of benefits; c) The Company may make payment or, at its option, reinstate or repair as it may select in respect of articles not older than one (1) year; d) The Company may make payment or, at its option, reinstate or repair subject to due allowance of wear and tear and depreciation in respect of articles more than one year old; e) Loss must occur (i) while the baggage or personal effects is/are in the possession of a hotel staff or a common carrier and proof of such loss must be obtained in writing from the hotel management or the common carrier management which must be provided to the Company, or (ii) as the result of theft of the baggage or the personal effects from the Insured Person provided that such loss must be reported to the police having jurisdiction at the place of the loss no more than twenty-four (24) hours from the incident. Any claim must be accompanied by police report in writing; f) Insured Person cannot claim under both benefits of the section for Baggage and Personal Effects and section of Baggage Delay for the same loss. Specific Exclusions applicable to Section 3: In addition to the General Exclusions, the Company shall not be liable under this Section for any claim arising out of, based upon or attributable to any loss, or damage to: a) Animals; b) Documents, identity papers, credit and payment cards, transport tickets, cash, traveler's checks, stocks and securities; jewelry; c) Keys; d) Skis, bicycles, sailboards, golf clubs, tennis rackets and other sporting equipment except while checked as baggage with a registered common carrier; e) Automobiles and automobile equipment, motorcycles, trailers and caravans, boats, motors and other means of transport (including accessories);
