Banked as Time Off in Lieu. (c) Taken as a combination of (a) and (b) above Hours worked in excess of 10 hours per day shall be paid at double time. Such hours worked shall be at the request of, and approved by the relevant Manager and worked by mutual agreement. Employees may also elect, in lieu of payment, to bank such overtime into their "hours bank" at double time, (eg 2 hours overtime worked = 4 hours credit). Rostered day off hours accrued will not exceed 100 hours, if so the employee will either take time off to reduce the amount of hours in the bank, or be paid to reduce the amount to 100 hours.

  • Time Off in Lieu By mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee, the employee may take time off, calculated at the appropriate overtime rate, in lieu of overtime pay.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within 12 months of that work week.

  • Retirement in Lieu of Layoff 9.9.1 Any member in the bargaining unit may elect to accept a service retirement in lieu of layoff, voluntary demotion, or reduction in assigned time.   • Pay for Unused Sick Leave Unused sick leave not to exceed 70 days will be paid at the rate of $50 per day when the teacher retires or leaves U.S.D. 506 employment, provided the teacher has a minimum of 10 years of service in U.S.D. 506. Article VI: Activity Ticket Each teacher of U.S.D. 506 shall be issued an activity ticket, which shall be honored at all regular school functions held within the district. Said ticket shall not be honored at basketball tournaments and special events. Said ticket shall be honored for employee, spouse, and children who have not yet graduated from high school. The Board of Education will have an expectation that those teachers in attendance at school functions will assume a reasonable amount of general supervision as needed.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Accrued Sick Leave The Board shall provide all employees with a cumulative record 23 of accrued sick leave hours on each pay statement.

  • Sick Leave Accumulation a. All unused days of sick leave at full pay for all employees, shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred ten (210) days. Such sick leave benefits so accrued will be usable after the annual full days allowed, and prior to any half pay benefits.
