Beginning in the 2015. 16 school year, the contribution by the District shall be ten-thousand nine hundred ($10,900) for each 12 months of the benefit plan year (currently October 1 to September 30) per full-time equivalent and for part-time bargaining unit members a pro rata amount based on the bargaining unit member’s FTE.
Beginning in the 2015. 16 school year: Provisional teachers in the first, second, or third year of provisional employment, teachers who are placed on probation, and a second 25% of all classroom teachers who are not provisional/probationary shall be evaluated using the Comprehensive Evaluation process. Classroom teachers shall be selected for the Comprehensive Evaluation process based on reverse seniority: employees with the least seniority in the Grandview School District. The remaining 50% of these classroom teachers shall be evaluated under the Focused Evaluation Process (Article III, Section 6.A.10). Employees will be informed in writing no later than September 15 about which evaluation process will be used for their evaluation.
