Behaviour and Conduct. The Service Provider must ensure that it and its Personnel do not engage in any conduct that: (a) will, or is likely to, harm the City or its name, reputation or services; or (b) may bring the Service Provider or the City into disrepute, scandal or ridicule.

The school will always act on any concerns about a student’s safety either at school or home. 54. The school will contact social services if they have any concerns about student’s safety.

The Applicant shall undertake, both on their own behalf and on behalf of the organisation, to accept full responsibility for the behaviour and conduct of all those present, whether by invitation or otherwise. b. As above, if RAD or RADE has any safeguarding concerns relating to the Applicant or the Hirer, whether they be historical or current, RAD has the right to reject the Applicant’s application, or cancel the Hirer’s booking at any time. This includes allegations of suspected behaviour.
Behaviour and Conduct. You are required to notify the Trust Services Manager of any police cautions/arrests/convictions before the start of your next Assignment or shift. A failure to disclose such information could result in the termination of this Agreement and any Assignment you are engaged in. Depending on the nature of each Assignment the Trust may require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to be carried out on you. Where this is the case an offer of work by the Trust is conditional upon and subject to the Trust receiving a satisfactory Criminal Conviction Certificate, Criminal Record Certificate or Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate (the type of Certificate will depend on the type of DBS check carried out) from the DBS for you. The Trust has absolute discretion to manage any conduct or capability issues during an Assignment using its disciplinary and capability procedures or to terminate this Agreement if it deems this appropriate. All Service Department personnel, including Bank workers carrying out Assignments under this Agreement, are required to adhere to the Service Department Quality Manual: Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics for Service Department Personnel. The Trust is committed to reducing the level of fraud and corruption within the NHS to an absolute minimum and keeping it at that level, freeing up public resources for better patient care. We are also committed to the prevention, deterrence and detection of such incidents within the Trust, to the rigorous investigation of any such cases and where fraud or other criminal acts are proven, to ensure that appropriate action is taken. The Board’s requirement is that anyone having reasonable suspicions of fraud has a duty to report them and that no individual will suffer in any way as a result of reporting reasonably held suspicions, unless extenuating circumstances apply. The Trust has a Fraud Bribery and Corruption Policy & Response Plan in place and you should familiarise yourself with this document. All genuine suspicions of fraud, bribery and corruption can be reported to the Trust’s Local Counter Fraud Specialist or through the NHS Fraud and Corruption Reporting Line (FCRL) on 0800 028 40 60 or online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx Depending on your circumstance, you will normally be automatically enrolled into a relevant pension scheme. All enquiries should be directed to the Pension Officer at Shared Business Services (SBS).

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The contractor further declares under penalty of perjury that they adhere to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and Public Contract Code Section 6108. b. The contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to the contractor’s records, documents, agents or employees, or premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the contracting agency, the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine the contractor’s compliance with the requirements under paragraph (a).

  • Standards of Conduct Whenever the Member is required or permitted to make a decision, take or approve an action, or omit to do any of the foregoing, then the Member shall be entitled to consider only such interests and factors, including its own, as it desires, and shall have no duty or obligation to consider any other interests or factors whatsoever. To the extent that the Member has, at law or in equity, duties (including, without limitation, fiduciary duties) to the Company or other person bound by the terms of this Agreement, the Member acting in accordance with the Agreement shall not be liable to the Company or any such other person for its good faith reliance on the provisions of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement, to the extent that they restrict the duties of the Member otherwise existing at law or in equity, replace such other duties to the greatest extent permitted under applicable law.

  • General Conduct The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies. Member agrees to read and abide by these policies. Failure to follow BSC conduct policies will lead to a range of sanctions up to and including termination of this contract and BSC membership.
