Common use of Benefit Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Benefit Entitlement. All casual employees who have completed 172.8 hours with the Employer may elect to enroll in the following benefit plans – medical services plan, dental plan, and extended health plan if the employee pays the full monthly premiums in advance to the Employer.
