Bereavement Pay and Leave. (a) When a member of an employee’s immediate family dies, the employee is entitled to bereavement leave for up to three (3) working days, immediately following the day of death. Immediate family will include: spouse, parents, children, sisters, brothers, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandfathers, grandmothers.
