  • Bidding Phase 2.8.1 The Professional, following the Owner's approval of the Construction Document Phase, shall assist the Owner in obtaining bids and in award and preparation of Construction Contracts.

  • NEGOTIATING PROCEDURE The Board agrees to make available to the Association when available to the Board information concerning the financial resources of the District, including but not limited to: annual financial reports and audits; register of Certificated personnel; tentative budgetary requirements and allocations; agendas and minutes of Board meetings; census data; names and addresses of all certificated employees; and public information available to the Board that will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed, and constructive programs on behalf of certificated employees and their students. The District and the Association agree to meet prior to the setting of the district budget for the ensuing year in order to provide the Association with an opportunity to provide input on budgeting priorities.

  • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction. Architect/Engineer shall answer inquiries from bidders and proposers at Owner’s request, and shall prepare and issue any necessary addenda to the bidding or proposal documents.

  • Annual Negotiations Negotiations will be conducted each year according to the ground rules as mutually agreed upon prior to negotiations. Ground Rules (see APPENDIX F - GROUND RULES) used at the previous year's sessions will serve as the basis for discussing any changes before adopting ground rules for the current negotiating sessions. Such ground rules mutually agreed upon shall assist in the orderly process for negotiations.

  • Initiating Negotiations A. Upon written request by the Association to the Board, or by the Board to the Association, after September 1 and no later than November 1, the Board and the Association will arrange for negotiation as provided for herein.

  • Completion of Negotiations 14.1 This Agreement represents complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the District and the Federation with respect to wages, hours of employment, and all other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term or terms hereof. This Agreement expresses the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between them, written or oral. Any matter or subject not herein covered has been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised, or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement.
