Notification to the City. User agrees to promptly notify the City in writing if it observes any needed maintenance to sidewalks, parking areas, trees or other items that the City is obligated to maintain under Section 9.B or any items other than those that User is obligated to maintain. User may provide the written notification by email to the Parks Division Manager. At the time of this Agreement, the email address for the Parks Division Manager is xxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.

Notification to the City. Within one hour after the arrival of each vehicle impounded by the Contractor at its primary storage lot, or other place as directed by the SPD, the Contractor shall notify the SPD and transmit the following information with respect to such vehicle: (a) The location from where the vehicle was impounded; (b) The name or initials of the Contractor's driver who towed the vehicle; (c) The serial number(s) of the SPD Officer(s) who requested the impound; (d) The make, color, year, and type of vehicle; (e) The license number of the vehicle, and the State Province, or Country of registration if other than Washington State; (f) The vehicle identification number; (g) The reason for the impound or appropriate Seattle Traffic Code section; (h) The impound number, selected in order of receipt of requests for impounds from a sequence of numbers supplied by the Director; (i) The location of the storage lot to which the impounded vehicle was initially taken; (j) The location of any secondary lot to which the impounded vehicle is subsequently taken provided that the required Contractor notification shall be made in writing to SPD Auto Records by a second impound slip identifying the lot to which the vehicle is moved; (k) The date and time when the Contractor truck arrived at the location of the vehicle to be impounded; (l) The time when the Contractor's tow truck left the location of the impounded vehicle with the impounded vehicle in tow; (m) The date and time when the Contractor's tow truck arrived at the storage location with the impounded vehicle in tow; (n) The citation number, if any; (o) The incident number, if any; and (p) Whether or not an investigative hold(s) has been placed on the vehicle.
Notification to the City. The Contractor shall notify the City of any unforeseen operational restrictions that have been imposed upon an Approved Facility by a regulatory agency or any unforeseen equipment or operational failure that will temporarily prevent an Approved Facility from Processing and recovering Source Separated Recyclable Materials, SSGCOW, or Mixed Waste. The Contractor shall notify the City as soon as possible and no later than the next Business Day from the time of the incident. The notification shall include the following: (i) name of Approved Facility; (ii) the Recycling and Disposal Reporting System Number of the Approved Facility; (iii) date the Approved Facility became unable to Process Source Separated Recyclable Materials, SSGCOW, or Mixed Waste; (iv) description of the operational restrictions that have been imposed upon the Approved/Designated Facility by a regulatory agency or unforeseen equipment failure or operational restriction that occurred; (v) the period of time the Contractor anticipates the temporary inability of the Approved Facility to Process Source Separated Recyclable Materials, SSGCOW, or Mixed Waste; (vi) Contractor’s proposed action plan to deliver materials to an Alternative Facility for Processing (refer to Section A.8 of Exhibit 13) or Contractor’s request for waiver to deliver Source Separated Recyclable Materials, SSGCOW, or Mixed Waste to the Approved/Designated Disposal Facility.
Notification to the City. The employee shall notify his/her supervisor as soon as possible of the occurrence requiring bereavement leave, and if requested by the City, shall provide substantiation to support the request. Such leave shall commence within a reasonable amount of time following the request. Bereavement leave must be taken in consecutive days, or as needed, not to exceed the maximum amount of time allowed per Section I. above.

  • Consideration to the Company In consideration of the grant of the Option by the Company, the Participant agrees to render faithful and efficient services to the Company or any Subsidiary.   • Notification to Lenders Upon the issuance of any Letter of Credit the applicable Issuing Lender shall promptly notify Administrative Agent and each other Lender of such issuance, which notice shall be accompanied by a copy of such Letter of Credit.   • DELEGATION TO THE CUSTODIAN AS FOREIGN CUSTODY MANAGER. Each Fund, by resolution adopted by its Board, hereby delegates to the Custodian, subject to Section (b) of Rule 17f-5, the responsibilities set forth in this Section 3.2 with respect to Foreign Assets of the Portfolios held outside the United States, and the Custodian hereby accepts such delegation as Foreign Custody Manager with respect to the Portfolios.
