Bidding Support. Xxxx Xxxxxx and Y&C will provide assistance, as required, to the County during bidding of the project. The work may include answering questions from prospective bidders, assisting the County in the preparation of addenda to the PS&E during the advertisement period, and providing consultation and interpretation of the construction documents.
Bidding Support. Engineer will prepare and issue Addenda as appropriate, and as requested by PCCA, to clarify, correct, or change the issued documents. As appropriate, supporting documents for Addenda shall be sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
Bidding Support. Company shall bid exclusively with Sun to any Customers or prospects to whom Company has been introduced by Sun, except (i) with Sun's prior written consent, (ii) where Company or prospect has conflicting contractual obligations, or (iii) the Customer or prospect specifies a different computer hardware platform.
Bidding Support. Provide response to contractor questions and issue addenda during the bidding process.
