BOARD OF REVIEW ATTENDANCE. Assessor or Assessor's authorized representative shall be present at the first meeting of the Municipal Board of Review as prescribed under sec. 70.47(3)(ag), Wis. Stats. Assessor or Assessor's authorized representative shall attend all hearings of the Municipal Board of Review to explain and defend the assessed value and be prepared to testify under oath in regard to the values determined. Assessor or Assessor's authorized representative shall attend other meetings of the Municipal Board of Review, only if specifically requested to do so by the Municipality. In the event of appeal to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue or a Circuit Court, Assessor or Assessor's authorized representative shall be available upon request of the Municipality to furnish testimony in defense of the values determined. Assessor or Assessor's authorized representative shall arrange and provide the Personal Property and Real Estate Assessment Roll for viewing by the public as prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, as amended each year, and adhere to any county or Municipality business requirements as prescribed under sec. 70.09(3)(c), Wis. Stats.

In the event of appeal to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, Assessor shall be available upon request of Municipality to furnish testimony in defense of the values determined for up to eight employee hours per parcel. Testimony in excess of eight employee hours will require an addendum to this Contract. Assessor shall arrange and provide the Personal Property and Real Estate Assessment Roll for viewing by the public as prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, as amended each year, and adhere to any county or Municipality business requirements as prescribed under Wis. Stat. § 70.09(3)(c). Any outside counsel services requested by the Assessor shall be provided and paid for by the Municipality as agreed upon by both parties.

Testimony in excess of eight employee hours will require an addendum to this Contract outlining additional compensation and scope of work will be required. Assessor shall arrange and provide the Personal Property and Real Estate Assessment Roll for viewing by the public as prescribed in Chapter 5 of the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, as amended each year, and adhere to any county or Municipality business requirements as prescribed under Wis. Stat. § 70.09(3)(c). If deemed necessary and mutually agreed upon by both parties, any outside counsel services requested by the Assessor shall be provided and paid for by the Municipality as agreed upon by both parties.

  • Review Committee A Student may ask that the decision of the Housing Director or designee to deny the cancellation be reviewed. The review will be conducted by a committee consisting of University officials.

  • School Board Review The School Board reserves the right to review any decision issued under Level I or Level II of this procedure provided the School Board or its representative notifies the parties of its intention to review within ten (10) days after the decision has been rendered. In the event the School Board reviews a grievance under this section, the School Board reserves the right to reverse or modify such decision.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Committees will work toward the improvement of patient care and recommend ways and means to improve patient care; and will address problems and concerns related to staffing and workloads. The Committees’ function will be limited to an advisory capacity and shall not include any decision making or collective bargaining authority. Committee memberships:
