Boiler Operator License Stipend. New employees who are hired into positions which require a boiler operator’s license shall be employed at a rate of pay which is $250.00 above the entry level wage/salary placement in effect at the time of hire. Current employees who are asked to obtain the New Jersey Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator’s license after initial hire shall be entitled to $250.00 added to their current base salary. Individuals must maintain a valid New Jersey Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator’s License in order to qualify for this additional $250.00. This amount will be prorated during the first and last years of employment, during periods of extended absences and for months in which a license is not current or valid. All costs associated with obtaining and maintaining this license shall be paid for by Ocean County College.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements.   • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.
