Branch Conferences. To a reasonable number of employees to attend Branch Conferences, leave without pay. Requests for leave for the reasons stated in will not be unreasonably denied. National Association Committees will be kept on the payroll and Employees in the bargaining unit who are elected or aepointed to serve on the Association will fully reimburse the Corporation within ten O) days after billing.
