Accumulation of Credits - All Other Employees. (a) An employee shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of five (5) hours per month for each month in which he is entitled to receive pay for at least forty (40) regularly scheduled hours of work or provision of postal service. Moreover, he shall accumulate an additional hour of sick leave credit for each additional monthly twenty (20) regularly scheduled hours of work or provision of postal service, paid in excess of the first forty (40) regularly scheduled hours of work or provision of postal service, but such total credit shall not exceed ten (10) hours per month.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits 31.1.1 An employee shall earn in respect of each fiscal year, annual vacation leave with pay at the following rates for each calendar month in which the employee receives at least seventy-five (75) hours’ pay:

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.

  • Accumulation of Sick Leave The unused portion of an Employee's sick leave shall accrue for her future benefit, up to a maximum of one hundred and thirty (130) days.

  • Employee Contributions (a) Each participant shall be allowed to contribute on a bi-weekly basis up to an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the Participant’s wage. Such bi-weekly wage deductions shall be in increments of one percent (1%) and shall be contributed to the Participant’s account. The participant may contribute on a pre-tax, after-tax, Xxxx basis or any combination.

  • Employer Contributions 8.1 Rates at which the Employer shall contribute for each hour of work performed on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Agreement are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Term Employees 9.1.2.1 A term employee is entitled to all employee benefits under Article 9 unless otherwise specified.

  • SIMPLE Individual Retirement Custodial Account (Under section 408(p) of the Internal Revenue Code) The participant named above is establishing a savings incentive match plan for employees of small employers individual retirement account (SIMPLE IRA) under sections 408(a) and 408(p) to provide for his or her retirement and for the support of his or her beneficiaries after death. The custodian named above has given the participant the disclosure statement required by Regulations section 1.408-6. The participant and the custodian make the following agreement:
