Budget Surplus. The amount, if any, by which the POS Plan Budget exceeds the POS Plan Costs for any calendar year.
Budget Surplus. The Subrecipient agrees that funds determined by the City of Xxxxxxx to be surplused at the end of the year within the budget of this Agreement will be subject to cancellation by the City of Xxxxxxx and may be negotiated if they are to be included in future Agreements.

Budget Surplus. All funds and authorization of funds remaining in the Project Budget upon closeout of the Project shall revert to the Snohomish County HOME Program. The Agency shall, upon closeout of the Project, transfer to the City, and the City shall transfer to the County:
1. Any HOME funds on hand; and
2. Its rights in any accounts receivable attributable to the use of HOME funds.
Budget Surplus. (a) If at Substantial Completion of any Work Action Item, there exists a Budget Surplus after payment of all outstanding Project Costs for such Work Action Item, provided no Bills Default has occurred and is continuing, the Bills shall have the right to apply such Budget Surplus to any Alternate designated by the Bills and approved by the ECSC and the County in accordance with this
Budget Surplus. Budget surplus in any one calendar year may be used to fund any activities within the Research Project during the following calendar year. Any such surplus amounts shall be used to fund the first activities to be performed in the succeeding calendar year, in accordance with the Budget, before any new amounts provided by CFFT are applied to such funding. In addition, if, upon conclusion of the Research Project or the termination of this Agreement, EPIX is in possession of Award funds that, when combined with previous Award amounts, exceed the total amount of reimbursable costs and expenses hereunder as of conclusion of the Research Project, or the effective date of termination, as applicable, then EPIX shall, within sixty (60) days following conclusion of the Research Project, or the effective date of termination of this Agreement, as applicable, refund such excess Award amounts to CFFT in such manner as CFFT shall reasonably instruct EPIX.
Budget Surplus. In the event that Actual Costs are less than the Earned Budget for any year, this shall be referred to as a Budget Surplus. In the event of a Budget Surplus, PacifiCare shall pay IPA the Withhold Amount, plus the share of savings relative to the bed days per thousand Subscribers per year (PTMPY) indicated in the following sliding scale schedule: Bed Days; Outpt. Surgery" shall be defined as acute inpatient days plus outpatient surgeries, minus any acute inpatient days or outpatient surgeries which are covered under the reinsurance program, or are paid through a third party recovery, or through coordination of benefits.
Budget Surplus. At the end of any fiscal year, any sums held by the Association which are paid to the Association on account of:
(a) Operating Costs and which were not expended by the Association shall be applied to reduce the following Year’s Maintenance Assessment, or added to the Replacement Reserve if so determined by the Association; and
(b) Purchase Costs and which were not expended by the Association shall be applied to reduce the following Year's assessment for Purchase Costs, or applied to reduce the following Year's Maintenance Assessment or added to the Replacement Reserve, as determined by the Association.
