Build-Out Plan. Sprint PCS, pursuant to Section 2.1, approves Manager's Build-out Plan as detailed in Exhibit 2.1 to the Management Agreement. Sprint PCS agrees that its approval of modifications, additions and expansions of the Build-Out Plan will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Build-Out Plan. Service platform and bandwidth capacity build-out ahead of anticipated growth trigger, based on trends of actual data and forecast information, is necessary in order to ensure quality of service. Motricity will build-out capacity for service platform elements and circuits for at least six month ahead of forecasted growth.
Build-Out Plan. If required by RUS on Schedule 1 hereto, RUS shall have received a build-out plan for the Project (the "Build-Out Plan") that is in accordance with the Build-Out Schedule attached hereto as Schedule 2, which shall cover all projects proposed during the first six (6) month construction period, and which must include the following additional items:

At the date of this Agreement, LLC reasonably believes, in good faith, that its build-out plan attached as the Disclosure Schedule to this Section 6.6(i) is achievable using such efforts as have historically been used by LLC (taking into account the additional effort that has been required to achieve the deadlines imposed under the Sprint Management Agreement) including Exhibit 2.1 of the addendum to the Sprint Management Agreement dated April 12, 2000. The technical aspects of the build-out plan have been approved by Sprint. The Disclosure Schedule to this Section 6.6(i) sets forth the extent of LLC's progress in the completion of the build-out and network launch at the date hereof.
Build-Out Plan. (a) With respect to each Project, Triton will provide Ericsson with a forecast of Triton's requirements within thirty (30) days following the effective date of the applicable Statement of Work. Within fifteen (15) business days following its receipt of the forecast, Ericsson will review the forecast, seek clarification as needed, perform capacity analyses, and prepare and submit a proposed Build Out Plan for the Project to Triton for approval. Triton agrees to provide Ericsson with its approval or rejection of the Build Out Plan within fifteen (15) business days after receipt. Such Build Out Plan, if accepted, will constitute Ericsson's obligation to provide to Triton, and Triton's obligation to purchase from Ericsson, the Products and Services as set forth in the Build Out Plan.
