BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 9.1 The Corporation will provide bulletin board space for the posting of official Association notices. All notices shall be signed by an Association representative. All notices shall be subject to the prior approval of the Corporation, except notices pertaining to appointments, meeting dates and social and recreational affairs. 9.2 The Corporation will also make available to the Association specific locations for the placement of bulk quantities of Association supplies.

BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. 9.1 The Corporation will provide bulletin board space for the posting of official Association notices. All notices shall be signed by an Association representative. All notices shall be subject to the prior approval of the Corporation, except notices pertaining to appointments, meeting dates and social and recreational affairs. 9.2 The Corporation will also make available to the Association specific locations for the placement of bulk quantities of Association supplies. 9.3 In so far as possible, whenever it has a new postal building erected, the Corporation must provide, in the immediate vicinity of the new building, a parking area which is sufficiently large to accommodate the employees’ vehicles. Alternatively, the Corporation will endeavor to improve transportation facilities for its employees.
BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space in the Village Office and Public works shop clearly identified for exclusive Union use. The Employer may make available to the Union specific locations at the Village Office and Public Works shop for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Union. Upon reasonable notice and when the space is available, the Employer shall make available to the Union and the members of the Bargaining Unit a suitable meeting room to be used from time to time for the business relating to the Bargaining Unit. The Employer will process any mail originating the Union addressed to all Employees in accordance with the Employer’s normal internal mail distribution system. A representative of the Union shall have the right to give each new Employee an orientation of up to fifteen (15) minutes and the representative of the Union shall be given leave with pay for such purposes. ARTICLE DESIGNATED PAID HOLIDAYS The following days are Designated Paid Holidays for Employees covered by this Collective Agreement:

With regard to purpose and importance, the Council may permit the Association to hold formal meetings on the premises of the Council outside of normal working hours. The Council will continue past practice of making available to the Association specific locations on its premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Association.
BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space in the Housing Association Office and the Housing Association Shop clearly identified for exclusive Union use. The Employer shall upon availability, make available to the Union and the members of the Bargaining Unit a suitable meeting room to be used from time to time for the conducting of business relating to the Bargaining Unit. The Employer will process any mail originating from the Union addressed to all employees in accordance with the Employer's normal internal mail distribution system. A representative of the Union shall have the right to an employee orientation presentation of up to fifteen minutes. There shall be no disciplinary action taken against the employees if the orientation exceeds fifteen minutes. The representative of the Union shall be granted leave with pay.

  • PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs.   • Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises. 4.4.2 The Tenant shall pay to the suppliers, and indemnify the Landlord against, all charges for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services consumed or used at or in relation to the Premises and the Tenant shall comply with the requirements and regulations of the respective suppliers. Tenant to initial 4.4.3 For the purposes of this Clause 4.4, the term “utilities” shall include water, electricity, telecommunications network, gas and any water-borne sewerage systems.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.

  • Bulletin Board Space 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.

  • Regulatory and Other Approvals (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and without limiting the provisions of Annex C, the Company will proceed diligently and in good faith to, as promptly as practicable, (i) obtain all consents, approvals or actions of, make all filings with and give all notices to Governmental or Regulatory Authorities (including state securities commissions) or any other public or private third parties required of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to consummate the Offer and the other matters contemplated hereby, and (ii) provide such other information and communications to such Governmental or Regulatory Authorities or other public or private third parties as the other party or such Governmental or Regulatory Authorities or other public or private third parties may reasonably request in connection therewith. The Holders shall cooperate with the Company as it may reasonably request in connection with the Company's satisfaction of its obligations under this paragraph (a).   • Bills and Other Disbursements Upon receipt of Instructions, the Custodian shall pay, or cause to be paid, all bills, statements, or other obligations of a Fund.

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • Administrative and Other Services (a) Subadviser will, at its expense, furnish (i) all necessary investment and management facilities, including salaries of personnel required for it to execute its duties faithfully, and (ii) administrative facilities, including bookkeeping, clerical personnel and equipment necessary for the efficient conduct of the investment affairs of the Fund (excluding determination of net asset values and shareholder accounting services). (b) Subadviser will maintain all accounts, books and records with respect to the Fund as are required of an investment adviser of a registered investment company pursuant to the Investment Company Act and the rules thereunder. Subadviser agrees that such records are the property of the Trust, and will be surrendered to the Trust promptly upon request. The Manager shall be granted reasonable access to the records and documents in Subadviser’s possession relating to the Funds. (c) Subadviser shall provide such information as is necessary to enable Manager to prepare and update the Trust’s registration statement (and any supplement thereto) and the Fund’s financial statements. Subadviser understands that the Trust and Manager will rely on such information in the preparation of the Trust’s registration statement and the Fund’s financial statements, and hereby covenants that any such information approved by Subadviser expressly for use in such registration and/or financial statements shall be true and complete in all material respects. (d) Subadviser will vote the Fund’s investment securities in the manner in which Subadviser believes to be in the best interests of the Fund, and shall review its proxy voting activities on a periodic basis with the Trustees.

  • Equipment and Other Tangible Property The Company or one of its Subsidiaries owns and has good title to, and has the legal and beneficial ownership of or a valid leasehold interest in or right to use by license or otherwise, all material machinery, equipment and other tangible property reflected on the books of the Company and its Subsidiaries as owned by the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens. All material personal property and leased personal property assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries are structurally sound and in good operating condition and repair (ordinary wear and tear expected) and are suitable for their present use.
