Bargaining Unit List. The employer shall furnish the bargaining agent and authorized chapter representative with a monthly list of the names of newly-hired and terminated employees and temporary employees who are scheduled for an average of twenty (20) or more hours per week and have worked in excess of four (4) consecutive months.
Bargaining Unit List. Upon request, the employer shall furnish the union with an updated list of the names and seniority dates of employees in the bargaining unit. The union shall inform the employer of the union official who is to receive such information.
