Bulletins, Operating and Service Manuals. Where the Contractor has submitted prints in the form of technical bulletins, operating and service manuals, or other printed matter, as a shop drawing, having diagrams or drawings thereon, of a material or equipment installed in the Work, it shall furnish three (3) sets thereof, so that the RIOC may have all the necessary information for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of the material and equipment and the ordering of spare parts. All bulletins and operating and service manuals shall be compiled and indexed in the book form for the Contract. Coordination Drawings/Composite Drawings:

  • Operating and Maintenance Manuals 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.
