Bus Inspection. Employees requested by the District to work extra time because of bus inspection shall be paid at the regular rate of pay, or the overtime rate of pay if applicable. Drivers that perform extensive bus cleanup or detail work shall be paid up to a maximum of four (4) hours. This time must be completed ten working days from the last day of the school year, and utilized performing duties over and above the daily expectations.

Bus Inspection. The bus mechanics and mechanic helpers will receive an incentive of $500 to be paid on or about September 16 for 100% of buses passing the Ohio State Highway Patrol annual inspections.
Bus Inspection. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed that each and every driver shall be responsible for the safe operation of her assigned bus. The driver shall inspect all equipment for the safe operation of the bus before each route or run in accordance with established pre-check procedures. The driver will also complete and file a Driver's Daily Report after each route or run.
Bus Inspection. Mechanics are the first choice for the assignment of taking buses for State Inspection. In the event a driver is used for that function, the first preference shall be the driver assigned to that vehicle if that driver is available. In the event the regularly assigned driver is not available, seniority shall be used as a basis for the assignment based on the extra work sign up sheet. Scheduling of bus inspections is a management prerogative.

  • Audits/Inspections Contractor agrees to permit the County’s Auditor-Controller or the Auditor- Controller’s authorized representative (including auditors from a private auditing firm hired by the County) access during normal working hours to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, financial records, supporting documentation, including payroll and accounts payable/receivable records, and other papers or property of Contractor for the purpose of auditing or inspecting any aspect of performance under this Contract. The inspection and/or audit will be confined to those matters connected with the performance of the Contract including, but not limited to, the costs of administering the Contract. The County will provide reasonable notice of such an audit or inspection. The County reserves the right to audit and verify the Contractor’s records before final payment is made. Contractor agrees to maintain such records for possible audit for a minimum of three years after final payment, unless a longer period of records retention is stipulated under this Contract or by law. Contractor agrees to allow interviews of any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, Contractor agrees to include a similar right to the County to audit records and interview staff of any subcontractor related to performance of this Contract. Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the County’s project manager.

  • Right of Inspection Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods at the time and place of delivery, and within 5 business days after delivery, Buyer must give notice to Seller of any claim for damages on account of the condition, quality, or grade of the goods, and Buyer must specify in detail the basis of such claim. The failure of Buyer to comply with these conditions shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by Buyer.
