Business Expenses; Final Compensation. Executive acknowledges that she has been reimbursed by the Company for all reasonable business expenses incurred in conjunction with the performance of her employment and that no other reimbursements are owed to her. Executive further acknowledges that she has received all compensation due to her from the Company, including, but not limited to, all wages, bonuses and accrued, unused vacation time, and that she is not eligible for or entitled to receive any additional payments or consideration from the Company other than the Separation Benefits.

  • Business Expenses The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to any maximum annual limit or other restrictions on such expenses set by the Board and to such reasonable substantiation and documentation as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

  • ALPS Compensation; Expenses (a) ALPS will bear all expenses in connection with the performance of its services under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein.   • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.

  • Business Expense Reimbursement During the Term of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to receive proper reimbursement for all reasonable, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Executive (in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company for its senior executive officers) in performing services hereunder, provided the Executive properly accounts therefore.
