CABIN SERVICE AGENT. Normal Duties: Directly responsible for the cleaning of the interior of the aircraft. Responsible for the stock requirements and good housekeeping of the cleaning vehicles. Responsible for the housekeeping of the stock make up area including but not limited to the make up of kits. Service water systems of all aircraft Any other duties associated with this job classification. Normal Duties: Provide information for the public and answer telephones in the manner laid down by the airline and/or Company. Check in embarking passengers and perform all related duties. Attend to gate and perform the related duties, as required, including operation of loading bridges and aircraft doors. Monitor disembarking passengers from aircraft through port facilities and perform all associated duties. Attend to transit and interline passengers. To attend to special needs passengers. Perform computer-related duties. Perform baggage tracing and functions related thereto, in the matter laid down by the airline and/or company.
