Related Duties. Executive shall: (i) promptly deliver to Company upon Company’s request all materials in Executive’s possession which contain Confidential Information; (ii) use its best efforts to prevent any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information; (iii) notify Company in writing immediately upon discovery of any such unauthorized use or disclosure; and (iv) cooperate in every reasonable way to regain possession of any Confidential Information and to prevent further unauthorized use and disclosure thereof.
Related Duties. Related Duties. During the course of assisting and supporting the Medical Director in carrying out the responsibilities listed immediately above, the Associate Medical Director shall assist and support the Medical Director in the following as directed by the Medical Director:
i) Annually complete a comprehensive review of all written protocols of the EMS system, including dispatch protocols, medical protocols, transport protocols, and all other protocols of the system. Such review shall take into consideration the results of medical audits conducted throughout the year, a review of the EMS literature regarding new findings which might impact protocol revision, and input from field personnel and interested physicians.
ii) Periodically review as appropriate a program of certification and recertification for the following types of personnel: first responder, paramedics, control center personnel and on- line medical control physicians. Prerequisites for such certification may include reference to other certification or licensee standards, training requirements, evidence of successful participation in required in-service training programs, testing to ensure knowledge of local protocols, cooperation in medical audits when requested, additional written or practical skills testing, direct observation by more experienced personnel during a probationary period, minimum frequencies of encounters with defined patient conditions and/or minimum frequencies of performance of named clinical procedures to ensure against skill degradation; and such other requirements as may be deemed appropriate. Frequency of recertification of all personnel shall be no longer than every two years.
iii) Using an inspection checklist and documentation form approved by the MCB, the Assistant Medical Director shall assist the Medical Director in periodically inspecting the on-board medical equipment on all vehicles subject to regulation by the Uniform EMS Ordinance for Emergency Medical Services as such term is defined in the Interlocal Agreement. Where appropriate, such inspections shall include functional testing of on- board equipment to ensure that such equipment is in good working order. Where a deficiency is found which could jeopardize patient care, the operator of the vehicle shall be directed to remove the vehicle from service until the deficiency has been corrected and confirmed by a re-inspecting. Related Duties. The duties of the employees consist largely or entirely of dealing directly with employees or industrial establishments or local government offices, and all such establishments are closed in observance of the holiday, and there are no other duties (consistent with their normal duties) to which the employees can be assigned on the holiday.
Related Duties. 8.1 As a part of their duty as a teacher each teacher may be assigned certain teaching related duties on a regular rotating basis. Such duties may include hall duty, bus duty, playground duty, lunch duty, and other such related duties and may necessitate the teacher's presence before school, after school and/or during the noon lunch break.

Related Duties. Maintains and submits accurate and prompt pupil and school records.
1. Every teacher, prior to observation, shall be advised as to the evaluation procedure and instructions which are provided for by policy. The teacher shall be informed as to who shall observe and evaluate his/her performance. Each new teacher shall be provided with a copy of the formal evaluation form to be used.
2. All visits to the classroom for the purpose of, or resulting in the evaluating, observing, or judging of the attitude, character, or performance of a teacher shall cause a written report to be made with a copy given to the teacher.
3. If a report is written as a result of the observing, evaluating, or judging of a teacher's attitude, character, or performance outside the classroom and placed in any administrator's teacher personnel file, then a copy shall be given to the teacher.
4. A conference will be held within five (5) workdays of the observation. A copy of the report will be given to the employee one workday prior to the conference.
5. During this conference, if the written report indicates any item which needs improvement, then the Professional Performance Improvement Target Form (PPITF) will be completed by the observer and the employee. Outside assistance may be requested by either or both parties.
6. If there is a target on the PPITF that is not fully accomplished, the principal shall have the discretion to observe and formally evaluate the following year, according to the employee’s contract status.
7. The teacher's and the administrator's copies shall be signed and dated by both the teacher and the administrator.
8. In the event that the teacher feels the written report is incomplete or unjust, he/she may put his/her objections in writing and have them included in the report to be placed in his/her personnel file.

Related Duties. The President is authorized to employ personnel on appropriate employment contracts in order to perform instruction-related duties. When employing personnel in this manner, the President will be responsible for determining the appropriate salary to be paid for the work performed. The College will pay the following amounts for the duties indicated. In the case of a range specification, the determining factors will include qualifications, experience, and time devoted to the duties:
(1) Co-op Student supervision: $25.00 per student per semester hour.
(2) CAEL (assessment of prior learning): $31.00 for each course review.
(3) Independent study (not applicable to distance learning courses): $19.25 per student per semester hour, paid at the end of the term based on all enrollments, including withdrawals, excluding drops.
(4) T.V. Courses: regular course rate per credit hour based upon degree level of instructor. The schedule of compensation and rules for division of large classes is as follows:
