CABLE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS. (a) Comcast has designed, constructed and shall maintain a Cable System meeting digital television standards. Comcast’s Cable System shall remain at least equivalent to the existing HFC 000 XXx two-way activated capability for all programming services throughout all parts of the Cable System. The Cable System shall be capable of supporting video and audio, including HD and SD video, on the Effective Date of the Agreement. Comcast’s Cable System shall provide consistent, high-quality reception to Subscribers in the County in accordance with the FCC technical standards and other technical standards contained in this Agreement.

CABLE SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS. The Cable System specified herein will be comprised of twelve (12) strands of fiber optic cable inventory along each network segment set forth below. This path of the lateral cable system will be comprised of twelve (12) strands of single fiber optic cable. The combined paths will be approximately 5 miles in length and be located 100% underground.
